SHIPPING POLICY
We bake fresh to order and currently deliver 7 days a week to ALL MELBOURNE SUBURBS and some Geelong suburbs as fast as within 24h of order confirmation.
Please also note that people are loving our cakes so much that most people order in advance so if you don't want to miss out on your preferred delivery date, we highly recommend you order in advance too. Follow the instruction when you place order and let us know your preferred delivery date before you pay.
If you're not sure, please just give us a call or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram before placing order.
Any order placed before midnight can be scheduled for delivery the next day. Order placed after midnight will be delivered the following day or on your preferred date. For same day delivery, verbal confirmation via telephone is required as we bake fresh to order and not always have all products available.
We always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time, however WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME. We only can give you estimate arrival time either via telephone or written communication, they are not our promise or guarantee. The reason of this is that we deliver lots of cakes Melbourne wide and it depends on the route on the day.
No refund or credit will be issued if your cakes do not arrive by your expected time. A notice is also displayed on our website to inform you about this and it is customer responsibility to read and make decision to purchase.
We recommmend that you schedule delivery the day before your event so you do not have to stress out on the day. The cake will be absolutely beautiful in the fridge overnight and ready to serve the next day. Alternatively, you can use self-collection option when placing order to have control of the time and date you receiving the cake.

PICK UP POLICY
You can place order or pre-order online through our website or through food ordering app including UberEats, DoorDash, Menulog, EASI and HungryPanda to pickup your order.
Please call us before placing order on our website for same day pickup to ensure order is available and can be ready for pick up as we bake fresh to order and not always have all products available. Thank you for your patience!
DELIVERY COST TRANSPARENCY
Shipping perishables requires special process, handling and shipping at a cost. This process is more involved and costly than typical e-commerce shipping.
As we bake fresh to order and deliver straight to you, all of our customers are very happy with our delivery fee ranging from $0 to $15 per order depends on order quantity and delivery location. Add all products you want to cart and put in your delivery address to see your delivery fee calculated.
PAYMENT POLICY
We bake to order so all orders will only be confirmed and fulfilled after payment is made.
We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Paypal payment.
